Our core business is electronic assessment, training, advice and consultancy. Until recently we have tended to work primarily in the educational service industries but now also work with both the MoD and some commercial partners. W3 Insights offers a range of bespoke services which focus on impact evaluation, organisational improvement, change management, "at risk" profiling and human tracking and performance monitoring systems.

W3 Insights was founded in April 2002, following 6 years of initial product R & D, focus group consultation and intensive market research, working in partnership with both schools and LEAs.Central to our rapid growth and development has been the release of a family of assessment products related to P.A.S.S. - the Pupil Attitude to Self & School measurement tool. This highly reliable and valid instrument has received critical acclaim from government, academia and educational professionals working at all levels.
W3 Insights Assessment Instruments are widely used in more than 100 Local Authorities of England, Ireland, Scotland & Wales.
It is estimated that the PASS system alone has already made a difference to the lives of over 1,500,000 young people!
