The rigour of P.A.S.S. as a measure makes
it highly suited to inform not just resource allocation decisions
but also to transparently show best value and impact in "soft"
outcome areas that have traditionally been estimated qualitatively
rather than quantitatively.
Indeed, as a psychometric measure
P.A.S.S.
is sensitive and powerful enough to reveal real positive shifts from
interventions lasting as little as 10-12 weeks.
W3 Insights is
currently undertaking large scale impact evaluation in conjunction
with a number of leading national DfES and MoD educational projects.

An example of the use of P.A.S.S. to
investigate the impact of Key Stage transition by Homerton College,
Cambridge can be found

W3 Insights is also the only company to
be cited under both individual pupil assessment and whole school
learner climate measurement within their draft guidlines for
Evaluation of Behaviour & Education Support Teams (BESTs),
part of the government Behavioural Improvement Programme (BIP).
